5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
• If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at scoopmewaxmelts@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the damage.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method once the issue is verified.

• Turnaround times for custom orders will be agreed upon when placing the order.

8. Wholesale Enquiries

• Wholesale orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
• Minimum order quantities and custom pricing will apply.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your wholesale order, with the remaining balance due before dispatch.
• Wholesale orders are non-refundable unless products are faulty.

• Only one discount code can be applied per order, unless stated otherwise.
